Are there any costs associated with donating to ACCC?
There are no additional costs to you associated with making a donation to ACCC online. The amount donated is all that will be charged to your credit card or bank account.
What does it mean if the donation page states, "Your purchase will be shipped to this address?"
PayPal recognizes the “shipping address” as the address which ACCC will use to send a statement of giving for tax purposes. PayPal also considers a donation to be a "Purchase," as all online payments (even donations) are considered in technical terms to be payments or purchases.
Will my donation be tax deductible?
If you provide your name and mailing address while submitting your online donation, it will be tax deductible. If you choose to donate anonymously (without providing your name and address), it will not be tax deductible. A statement of donation will be sent to all non-anonymous donors for their financial records and for tax purposes.
Is donating online secure?
