Fitness & Nutrition: Solving the Mass Confusion


Low fat, gluten free, high protein, eat your vegetables, exercise in the morning, don’t eat past 5pm, do yoga, and the list goes on.  Our society is flooded with direction on how to exercise and what to eat in order to improve our health.  The tabloids tell us one thing, our doctor tells us another, our  moms tell us yet another and in the end we’re not sure which advice to follow. The reality is that nothing seems to be consistent and when it comes right down to it, health and nutrition can be really confusing.  Julia’s talk will help solve some of that confusion and give you sound direction on how to get started down the right path of clean eating and optimal fitness.
